Sending a message.You can write and send a message by clicking:

When you have addressed it and written the text click:

Reading Your Email. To read a new message simply click on the highlighted message in the inbox or folder it is in. This will take you to the message. You can then view the next message by clicking:

or the previous:

You can also add the sender to your address book by clicking:

Replying to a message.

To reply to a message go to the message itself click the button:

This will take you to a new page where you can type your response and click 'send'. You do not need to enter the recipient's email address.

Forwarding a message.

To forward a message you have received to another person simply click:

The message you have received will be in the text field of the message you are sending. You will need to enter a new recipient's email address.

Changing your DdMail Options.

To change your DdMail options click the button:

There you can decide how many messages to receive on the page at each time, how often the page refreshes and new messages appear on the screen etc. Simply tick the boxes or choose an option from one of the drop-down lists to change your settings. You can then 'save' and return to the DdMail Inbox. All changes can be changed back, so don't worry if you it's not perfect at first.
