Prices:
- Basic Prices apply as a flat rate for up to four people. Prices for larger groups are negotiated.
- Periods longer than 12 hours, including overnight or longer tours within the state or interstate, are priced by negotiation.
- Basic Prices include:
- Planning your itinerary in consultation with you.
- Services of guide, or guide/driver.
- Hire of Guided Tours car (if required).
- Souvenir map showing the route taken and places visited.
- They do not include:
- Entrance fees.
- Parking fees.
- Public Transport fares.
- Refreshments.
- Accommodation.
- Hire of equipment.
- Meals.
However, extra costs such as these are incurred only with your approval.
- A deposit of 10% of the Basic Price is payable upon confirmation of the booking.
Payment:
- Payment can be made either in advance (the amount being adjusted if the tour takes more or less time than anticipated), or at the conclusion of the tour.
- Payment can be in cash, by bank cheque, by Australian dollars travellers cheque, or by American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Visa or Mastercard credit card. Regrettably, we cannot accept personal cheques unless cleared through the banking system prior to commencement of the tour.
Cancellations:
If bookings are cancelled, the following fees apply:
- More than 7 days in advance, no fee is payable.
- Between 2 and 7 days in advance, 50% of the Basic Price is payable.
- Within 48 hours of the tour commencement time, 100% of the Basic Price is payable.
- If a client fails to take up or complete a booking, 100% of the Basic Price is payable.
- If Timesaver Guided Tours is forced to cancel a booking, any prior payment will be fully refunded.
General conditions:
- For reasons of health and comfort, smoking is not permitted in a Timesaver Guided Tours vehicle.
- Timesaver Guided Tours reserves the right to refuse to deal with, or continue to deal with, any client, and to transport their luggage or goods.
- We recommend all clients have travel insurance.

Timesaver Guided Tours disclaims to the extent permitted by law all liability whatsoever whether in tort or in contract for any loss or damage including consequential loss sustained by any customer or third party, whether to person or property, arising out of any guided tour or related activity or otherwise.
The client acknowledges that Timesaver Guided Tours will provide its services only on the basis of the client's prior acceptance of this disclaimer as signified by the client's participation in the tour.
