To begin the process of setting up your new Dial-up account, we will need the following information from you:

  1. To setup your account and our records we will need:Your Full Name, your mailing address, and phone number.

  2. Depending on the hosting plan you fit into (see below) we will set up a number of e-mail accounts and it would be helpful if we could have the name(s) of the users and passwords to set these up ASAP. If you require more than the set amount of e-mail accounts please let us know (these are $3.50 p/month per additional e-mail account).

  3. If you require any additional services or consultation please contact us ASAP.
