To begin the process of setting up your new web site, we will need the following information from you:

  1. The domain name you would like (it is good to have a second choice in case the first is unavailable) It may be necessary to contact us regarding this as there are certain restrictions placed on domain name registration in Australia

  2. For registration of the domain name and our records we will need:The Full Legal Name of your Company, the ABN, mailing address, contact name, phone number and a description of the type of business

  3. Depending on the hosting plan you fit into (see below) we will set up a number of e-mail accounts and it would be helpful if we could have the name(s) of the users and passwords to set these up ASAP.

  4. If you require more than the set amount of e-mail accounts please let us know (these are $3.50 p/month per additional e-mail account. The HOME USER account can have up to two additional for $2.50 each)

  5. The size of the site (total bytes of HTML, images etc.). This is not essential as we can easily determine this at our end

  6. If you require HTML design or consultation please contact us ASAP.
